We have had tons of requests for a hands-on Sushi class and today is the day! Chef Brett Levan will discuss the ins and outs of selecting the freshest ingredients and will also help guests brush up on their knife skills. Each guest will be prepare 3-4 Sushi rolls of their own to enjoy. Vegetarian options will be available. This class will fill quickly, reserve today!

First Course– Miso soup and toss salad with ginger vinaigrette
Second course- Four rolls
California roll- Crab, avocado, cucumber
Philly roll- Seared salmon, cucumber and cream cheese
Spicy tuna- Spicy tuna, scallions
Veggie roll- Peppers, asparagus, basil, and mint
