Sommelier Mike Summerlin is a guest favorite. He has presented hundreds of wine education classes over the years, but would like to treat guests to a food and wine experience. This evening, Mike will prepare and present five beautifully paired courses. This event will fill quickly. The menu:
1st Course Chilled Cantaloupe Soup/Sparkling
2nd Course Amontillado Sauteed Crab filled pastry laced with Prosciutto and topped with Hollandaise/Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course Asian Duck Breast Tacos/Pinot Noir
4th Course Vanilla Chipotle Marinated Flank Steak over Horseradish mashed potatoes with cilantro crema/Malbec
5th Course Grilled Peaches with Burrata and Balsamic Glaze/Albarino
