Club Policies
Reservations are always required for events and classes. Some chefs are willing to accept late reservations; please call us if making a reservation within 24 hours of the event to ensure the chef can accommodate you.
Memberships
Any adult, age 21 and older, may join the club. They may then attend classes according to their membership type:
Annual Memberships
Annual members may sign up for and attend unlimited classes or events as long as individual class or event fees are paid in advance. Annual members may also attend occasional free member events.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly members may sign up for and attend unlimited classes or events within any month for which their monthly fees are paid, provided that individual event or class fees are paid in advance.
Trial Memberships
Trial memberships are valid for one single event within two weeks of purchase, provided that event or class fees are paid in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations for a full refund or transfer to another class or event are honored only 72 hours or more in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event or class, whether available to the general membership or scheduled privately, are nonrefundable.
We honor an agreement with our chefs and instructors that they will be paid for any outstanding reservations as of 72 hours prior to the event so that they may purchase goods and begin their preparations. We will ask our chefs if they can accommodate late reservations, but we never ask them to accept late cancellations as we believe this is a matter of integrity and fairness.
Kids under 18 years of age
Children under age 18 may attend our kids’ classes provided that a parent or guardian is a club member (annual, monthly, or trial, as appropriate) during the time frame that the kid’s class in which attendance is desired is being conducted.
For instance, if a kid’s class is being conducted on March 4, the parent or guardian could obtain a trial membership for that date. If attendance at a series of kid’s classes is desired, the parent or guardian will need to purchase a monthly or annual membership, as appropriate. Payment of individual class fees is required in addition to the parent membership to secure a reservation.
A liability waiver must also be signed for participants under age 18 by the parent or guardian for the child to attend the class or event. Staff will provide this waiver in person or via email after the reservation is made.
