Club Policies

Reservations

Reservations are required for all classes and events. Some chefs may be able to accommodate late reservations; however, if booking within 24 hours of an event, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

Memberships

All adult participants must be 21 years of age or older to join the club and attend events.

Annual Membership

Annual members may register for and attend unlimited classes and events, provided individual class or event fees are paid in advance. Annual members may also attend select complimentary members-only events.

Trial Membership

Trial Memberships allow guests to sign up for multiple classes or events within a 14-day period. Trial memberships do not include guest discounts, and all applicable class or event fees are due at the time of signup.

Cancellations

Cancellations or transfers for a full refund are honored only when made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled class or event. Cancellations made within 72 hours—whether for public or private events—are nonrefundable.

We honor our commitment to our chefs and instructors, who are confirmed and compensated based on reservations held 72 hours prior to the event so they may purchase ingredients and begin preparations. While we may ask chefs to accommodate late reservations when possible, we do not request acceptance of late cancellations in the interest of fairness and integrity.

Children Under 18

Children under the age of 18 may attend designated kids’ classes provided a parent or legal guardian holds an active membership (annual or trial, as appropriate) during the timeframe of the class.

For single kids’ classes, a trial membership may be used. For continued participation, an annual membership is required. Individual class fees must be paid in addition to the parent or guardian’s membership to secure a reservation.

A liability waiver is required for all participants under 18 and must be completed by a parent or legal guardian by checking the required waiver box at checkout. This acknowledgment serves as confirmation of consent at the time the reservation is made.
