The menu for the evening:
- Crab Tostada – fresh jumbo lump crab salad on a tostada
- Low Country Boil – shrimp, clams, andouille sausage, corn, red potatoes
- Toasted baguette
- Mini key lime tarts and chocolate cream tarts
