Monthly Italian Wednesdays with Annemarie!!!
These classes are three course demonstration classes. Annemarie will teach you how to recreate her favorite Italian comfort foods to share and enjoy with family and friends. The menu for the evening:
Appetizer: Bruschetta Cheeseball
Salad: Orange, Olive, and Fennel Salad
Entree: Pork Tenderloin Involtini rolled in Prosciutto with Provolone, Capicola, and Spinach in a Demi-Glacé served with a Mashed Potato Cake and Brussel Sprout
Dessert: Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake
