The Art of Chocolate with Chef Michel Fitoussi!

Guests will learn how to make melt-in-your-mouth chocolate caramels, candied almonds and chocolate mousse. In addition, each guest will each create and take home their own chocolate bench. Chef Michel has offered to bring a beautiful chocolate well and will auction it off to the highest bidder to take home and enjoy!
