This afternoon Chef Michel Fitoussi returns sharing original recipes fusing Chinese, French and Japanese Cuisines. Guests will prepare their own Spicy Tuna and Salmon Sushi Rolls at their tables while Chef Fitoussi demonstrates his most celebrated recipes for Chilean Sea Bass, Peking Duck, Bok Choy Salad and Moo Shy Pancakes.
