Chef Brett Levan returns this evening presenting a decadent French dinner. As always we will offer wines that pair wonderfully with dinner for purchase by glass or bottle. The menu for the evening:
Snacks – Chicken Pate with Charred Baguettes
First Course – Warm Niçoise Salad, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Olives, Peppers and Poached Egg
Second Course – Chicken and Mushroom Fricassee, Parisienne Gnocchi and Market Vegetables
Third Course – Crepe Suzette Fresh Crepes with an Orange Butter Sauce
