It’s German Cuisine Week!
Monday classes include arts & crafts followed by cooking. Ages 6-12 welcome in class. Please call the store at 910-256-9488 to notify our staff & chef instructor if your child has any allergies. We look forward to having your kids in class!
Monday: Healthy Foods – Sweet Potato Soup, Chicken Sausage with Sauerkraut and German Plum Dumplings (Zwetschgenknoedel)
Tuesday: Comfort Foods – German Farmers’ Breakfast Potato Pancakes, Poached Eggs, Ham with Toppings, Mini Waffles and Fruit for Dessert
Wednesday: International Day – Pork Schnitzel, Homemade Spaetzle with Toppings and Honeycrisp Apple Brownies
Thursday: “Nailed It” Challenge: German Cream Roll with Fresh Berries!
