Fall Wine and Cheese with Sommelier Mike Summerlin – September *SOLD OUT – SEE SECOND SEATING*

This evening, Mike Summerlin will present the third installment of his annual trio of wine and cheese classes. The cheese class theme this year compares and contrasts classes of cheese. Guests will taste a class/style of cheese from different regions and explore their differences and similarities.
The theme this evening will be gassed cheeses (cheese with holes such as Swiss and Emmental).
