Second Course – Clam and Bacon Pasta
Homemade Pasta, Clams and Bacon with Herb Pan Sauce And Sun Dried Tomato Relish
Third Course – Braised Short Rib, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Kale, Beets and Beef Broth
