Chef Brett Levan returns this evening presenting a wonderful winter dinner. As always we will offer wines that pair wonderfully with dinner for purchase by glass or bottle. The menu for the evening:

Snacks– Grape Ricotta and Thyme Bruschetta With Balsamic Glaze

First Course – Soup and Winter Salad
Greens, Golden Raisins, Shaved Root Vegetables with Butternut Squash Soup

Second Course – Clam and Bacon Pasta
Homemade Pasta, Clams and Bacon with Herb Pan Sauce And Sun Dried Tomato Relish

Third Course – Braised Short Rib, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Kale, Beets and Beef Broth

Dessert- Seasonal Cookies and Cake
