Mike Summerlin has 27 plus years of experience in the wine industry. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has a love for wine and culture and how it plays in today’s world. He has an affinity for education about wine and it’s history. He has been an educator at the world renown restaurant Angus Barn, guest speaker at UNCW, CFCC, and many local wine shops. He has conducted several 18-month seminars on wine history, culture, and tasting. Mike has an extensive list of classes and lectures he has prepared. Mike has a wonderful ability to curtail his lectures and classes to any level.
