This afternoon Michele Griesmer and guests will bake and decorate their own Buche de Noel or Yule Log. Guests will break into groups and prepare the cake batter and four different cake fillings (chocolate, walnut rum, coffee and mint). When the cakes are baked and cooled, guests will fill and decorate their individual yule logs to take home. Michele will share some of her favorite decorating tips that will make each cake a masterpiece. Join us for a wonderful afternoon!
