Wine Education with Sommelier Mike Summerlin – Components of a Food and Wine Pairing – April 2025

We are delighted to offer monthly Wine Education classes with Sommelier Mike Summerlin. This evening Mike and guests will explore the components involved in planning and presenting a successful food and wine pairing. Our wine education evenings provide an in-depth presentation based on the chosen theme in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Typically, 6-8 wines are sampled throughout the evening and light snacks are provided.
