Wednesday is Italian Day with Chef Annemarie Clark!
These classes are three to four course demonstration classes. Annemarie will teach you how to recreate her favorite Italian comfort foods to share and enjoy with family and friends. The menu for the evening:

Third Course: Shrimp & Spinach Stuffed Pasta Roll with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Dessert: Mini Chocolate Espresso Cakes with Caramel Sauce
