Wednesday is Italian Day with Annemarie - Italian Harvest Dinner!
These classes are three to four course demonstration classes. Annemarie will teach you how to recreate her favorite Italian comfort foods to share and enjoy with family and friends. The menu for the evening celebrates a Fall harvest:
- Fall Salad with Roasted Pears, Bitter Greens and Gorgonzola
- Sweet Potato Pasta
- Stracotto (Italian Pot Roast)
- Roasted Fall Vegetables with Italian Agrodolce
- Pumpkin Torta Caprese
