Wednesday is Italian Day with Chef Annemarie Clark!
These classes are three to four course demonstration classes. Annemarie will teach you how to recreate her favorite Italian comfort foods to share and enjoy with family and friends. The menu for the evening:
First Course: Tuscan Sausage and Bean Dip
Second Course: Summer Salad with Herbed Ricotta & Lemon Basil
Third Course: Creamy Pork Tenderloin Pasta (Tagliatelle alla Castellana)
Dessert: Tiramisu Cupcakes with Mascarpone Frosting
