Chef Patty Tarr is the host of the evening. She has created a wonderfully decadent menu for guests to enjoy with friends and family. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Shrimp de Jonghe (Butter Garlic Shrimp Casserole)
Salad: Bright Spring Salad (Fresh Spring Asparagus, Peas, Radishes with Greens and a Basil Mint Dressing)
Entree: Mussels Fettuccine with Napoli Sauce
Dessert: Fresh Fruit Tart with a Buttery, Almond Shortbread Crust
