Thai Cuisine with Bahn Steele! Bahn’s classes have both demonstration components as well as Hands-on Components. The menu for today:
First Course: Stir Fried Noodles with Coconut Milk and Ground Pork
Second Course: Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves (marinated chicken wrapped and then fried).
Third Course: Ground Coconut mixed with Palm Sugar, Coconut Milk and Tapioca Flour rolled into balls and steamed.
