Thai Cuisine with Bahn Steele! Bahn’s classes have both demonstration components as well as Hands-on Components. The menu for today:
APPETIZER: Fruit Salad Thai Style (distinctly different from western fruit salad: spicy and similar to Som Tum (Papaya Salad)
ENTREE: Gaeng Ped Nor Mai Gai (Red Curry with Bamboo Shoots and Chicken)
DESSERT: Mango Tapioca Pudding
