This evening, Mike Summerlin will present the secondĀ installment of his annual trio of wine and cheese classes. The cheese class theme this year is going to compare and contrast classes of cheese. Guests will taste a class/style of cheese from different regions and explore their differences and similarities.
1st class will be Cheddars – January
2nd class will be Brie, Double, Triple Cream Cheese – May
3rd will be Swiss/Emmental – September
