This evening we kick off the return of our Saturday Night Out dinners. Chef Patty Tarr hosts the evening. She has created a wonderfully decadent menu for guests to enjoy with friends and family. Special wine pairing flights will be available for purchase expertly selected to enhance each course. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Shrimp Salad Tostadas
Salad: Spring Mix Salad with Honey Vinaigrette, Toasted Pecans, Craisins and Feta.
Entree: Surf & Turf – Filet Mignon Au Poivre and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Sauteed Fresh Vegetable
Dessert: Key Lime Pie
