Chef Patty Tarr hosts our monthly Saturday Night Out Dinners. She has created another decadent menu for guests to enjoy with friends and family. Special wine pairing flights will be available for purchase expertly selected to enhance each course. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Beer Braised Mussels with Garlic and Crusty Bread
Salad: Pear Salad with Walnuts, Gorgonzola and Lemon Vinaigrette
Entrée: Braised Lamb Shanks with Parmesan Chive Potatoes
Dessert: Apple Cranberry Galette with Ice Cream
