A Five-Course Small Plate Pairing

Sommelier Mike Summerlin is a guest favorite. He has presented hundreds of wine education classes over the years, but this evening, Mike will prepare and present five beautifully paired courses. The menu for the evening:

1st Course – Sweet Peppers with a Roasted Red Pepper Crab Stuffing – Bubbles
2nd Course – Hungarian Mushroom Soup – Lugana, Italy
3rd Course – Creamy Cheesy Pasta with Zucchini Noodles – Pinot Noir
4th Course – Baked Polenta in a San Marzano Tomato and Smoked Sausage Sauce – Shiraz/Syrah
5th Course – Individual Blackberry Cobbler – Merlot
