Hungarian Cuisine with Michele Griesmer!

Michele Griesmer returns this afternoon treating guests to one of her favorite cuisines…Hungarian! This class is a hybrid cooking class. Guests will help prepare a portion of the meal and Michele will demonstrate the rest. All will enjoy a wonderful meal when complete. The menu for the afternoon:
- Appetizer – Chef’s Choice
- Szekelyulyas Pork and Sauerkraut with Sour Cream
- Cucumber Salad with Dill
- Beef Goulash with Galuska
- Hungarian Nut Torte Gerbeaud Cake – a layered traditional dessert
