Hands-On Spaetzle Class with Michele Griesmer!

Michele Griesmer will be flying in from Michigan to join us this week. After taking a cruise down the Rhine, Michele is inspired to share new recipes. This class is a hybrid cooking class. Guests will have the opportunity to prepare homemade spaetzle and Michele will demonstrate the rest. Please join us for this fun, hands-on class. Seating is limited. The menu:
