Hands-on Pierogies with our newest instructor, Chef Linda Mitchelle!

This afternoon we are welcoming Chef Linda Mitchelle to our kitchen. Chef Linda has over 16 years in the business and 38 years in Wilmington. She is a retired teacher from New Hanover County Schools. She is a dietician and nutritionist. She is very busy with her in-home catering business and is excited about joining The Cape Fear Food and Wine Club instructor roster!

Guests will learn the basics of preparing pierogi dough and filling then enjoy lunch in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Chef Linda will treat guests to homemade bread, sauerkraut and a delish dessert to complete the meal.
