This afternoon Chef Michel Fitoussi returns making homemade sausage. This class is predominantly a demonstration class, but there will be opportunity to assist prepping and stuffing the sausage for those who would like to try. Chef will make 7 varieties of sausage. They are as follows: Chicken Apple Mozzarella, Steamed Turkey Apple, Turkey Porcini, Garlic and Tarragon(Pork), Merguez(Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb), Bratwurst(Pork and Ground Beef) and Chorizo(Spanish with Pork).
Guests will taste all varieties and are asked to bring a cooler with an ice pack to class to so that they can bring home samples to cook at home. We do have Fante’s sausage stuffers available for purchase at the store for $36.99. If interested in purchasing one, please add a note when reserving so that we can make sure that we have plenty in inventory.
