We’re heading to the Mediterranean with Chef Ryan Mayer for an unforgettable evening of bold flavors, fresh herbs, and classic Greek dishes made from scratch!

Get ready for a hands-on culinary journey featuring:

Tzatziki & Pita
Creamy yogurt sauce with garlic, cucumber, lemon, oregano & dill — bright, fresh, and irresistible.

Saganaki
Kaseri cheese, lightly floured (gluten-free) and pan-fried in olive oil, finished with honey, lemon… and flamed with Ouzo!

Gyro (From Scratch!)
House-made lamb & beef kebab loaf served with:
• Soft marinated goat’s milk feta
• Tomato relish
• Tzatziki
• Quick-cured red onions
• Halkidiki olives

Katafi Fish with Htipiti
Black Drum stuffed with shrimp mousse, wrapped in crispy shredded phyllo, and served with roasted pepper whipped feta sauce.

This class blends hands-on cooking with chef-led instruction — perfect for date night, friends, or anyone who loves Mediterranean flavors.
