These classes are a four course demonstration class. Annemarie will teach you how to recreate her favorite comfort foods to share and enjoy with family and friends. The menu for the evening:

- Scallops w/ Roasted Carrot Puree & Pomegranate Beurre Blanc Sauce
- Pan Seared Cod w/ emulsified Butter Sauce-featuring a pomegranate reduction and fresh arils
