Buche de Noel with Michele Griesmer! December 2026

This afternoon Michele Griesmer and guests will bake and decorate their own Buche de Noel or Yule Log. Guests will break into groups and prepare the cake batter and three different cake fillings (chocolate, Mascarpone with whipping cream and raspberry). Guests will also make frosted cranberries and meringue mushrooms to garnish their cake. When the cakes are baked and cooled, guests will fill and decorate their individual yule logs to take home. Michele will share some of her favorite decorating tips that will make each cake a masterpiece.
