Bites and Bottles with Allegra and Quincy – Fiestagiving!

These monthly small plate and wine pairing events are presented by Chef Allegra Grant and Monsieur Touton Wine Representative Quincy Koepf. Chef Allegra has had tons of requests for her signature empanadas, so this evening, Allegra and Quincy have decided to host a Fiestagiving! The menu for the evening:

Clos Amador – Pear & Mango Salad, Cilantro, Lime, Pepitas 

Pouilly Fuisee – Tortilla Espanola with Romesco

Crianza – Beef Empanadas with Chimichurri

Pinot Noir – Torrijas with Stewed Apples
