In this hands-on beginner class, you’ll learn the entire process of making a beautiful artisan loaf from start to finish. We’ll walk through mixing, folding, shaping, and scoring dough — with tips to help you bake with confidence.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy snacking on some fresh, warm sourdough bread — the perfect way to taste what you’re working toward!

Each participant will take home their own ready-to-bake loaf as well as dehydrated sourdough starter so you can keep baking long after class ends. You’ll also discover how to customize your loaves with flavorful add-ins like cheese, herbs, seeds, or dried fruit, creating breads that are truly your own.

No prior bread experience is needed — just a love of fresh, homemade bread!
