This evening we would like to welcome our newest instructor, Chef Dylan Rhodes. Tonight Chef Dylan will feature Cajun cuisine! The menu for the evening:

Snack upon arrival / Cajun Caviar

1st Course / Oysters

2nd Course / Boudin balls with remoulade

3rd Course / Chicken and Sausage Gumbo w/ Crawfish Toast

4thCourse / Beignets

Meet Chef Dylan,

Southern Roots. Mediterranean Soul. River-Tested Flavors.

Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Chef Dylan brings a bold mix of Southern tradition and Mediterranean inspiration to the table. A graduate of Cape Fear’s culinary program, he has honed his craft both locally and nationally — including time spent at the renowned Blackberry Farm in Tennessee.

Most recently, Chef Dylan returned from a month-long journey as a yacht chef, traveling from Louisiana to Nashville and back along the Mississippi River. That one-of-a-kind experience deepened his passion for regional ingredients and elevated comfort food.

Now back home in Wilmington, Chef Dylan is excited to share his love for rich, soulful cooking with the community — one dish at a time.
