Welcome our newest chef, Chef Ryan Maher, to our club as he presents a lovely Asian Fusion dinner! On the menu:
– Lotus Root Salad
– Korean Braised Pork Belly
– Thai Red Curry Soup with Velveted Chicken
– Kefir Lime and Lemongrass Panna Cotta
Chef Maher’s Bio:
Over 25 years as a Chef opening and operating many restaurants from Spanish, Greek, French, Creole, Cuban and many more. I’ve spent time working in New Orleans at Emeril’s before returning to Saint Louis after Hurricane Katrina. In Saint Louis I’ve managed a farmer’s market while founding my company centered around wild foraged foods. After returning from a job as the head chef on a small charter boat in Alaska, I’m here in North Carolina with family.
