We are excited to welcome Chef Dex Brown to our kitchen! This evening, Chef Dex will take guests on a wonderful culinary tour of the Caribbean with her favorite family recipes. Wine will be available for purchase by glass or bottle. The menu for the evening:

Chef D'Xtira "Dex" Brown is the founder and CEO of Castle Gardens ILM, a boutique luxury event catering and planning firm serving the Wilmington, North Carolina area. Raised in the Bahamas, she blends Caribbean flair with globally inspired, locally sourced ingredients for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events.
