2.16.2020 – Annual Mardi Gras Dinner with Michelle Rock of T’geaux Boys! 6:30PM $65
We are super excited to have Michelle Rock of The T’geaux Boys back in our kitchen to celebrate Mardi Gras! If you haven’t been to one of her classes yet and love authentic Cajun, this class is for you! There will be great food, fun props and the a chance to win a King Cake to take home!! Reserve soon!
The menu for the evening:
App: Oysters la Roux Oysters sautéed in a creamy butter roux seasoned creole style with crostini for dipping
Salad: Delgado Pasta Salad Our Italian pasta salad served with black and green olives, topped with hard Parmesan cheese, topped with grilled shrimp.
Entree: Étouffée Traditional New Orleans chicken & andouille sausage étouffée served over rice with Leidenheimer’s French bread
Dessert: King Cake, a Mardi Gras must, vanilla & cinnamon sweet braided brioche bread decorated with purple, green & gold sugars. Find the baby in your piece and get your own King Cake to take home.
