True born-and-bred Wilmington native.  He has spent the last 12 years working his way up through the ranks at several of the most successful and well known local restaurants, such as Dockside, Sweet N Savory, and the K38 restaurant group, while also graduating with honors from Cape Fear Community College's Culinary Arts program.
