In this two-day, weekend course you’ll be learning how to make 3 holiday classics! You will learn about yeast and enriched bread doughs and leave with a loaf of your own and a variety of buns. We will cover how to make challah bread (braiding techniques included), “hot cross buns” and pecan sticky buns! By the end of the course you will have learned how to properly form, knead, shape, proof and bake all the breads mentioned.
