This afternoon Chef Julia will present another amazing hands-on pastry class. Guests will learn how to make the perfect Cream Puffs and Eclairs with the sometimes daunting, Patê à Choux. The fillings for these delicious pastries will be include Fall flavors just in time for the holidays.
